Trending Tuesday: The Best Beach Bags

Summer is upon us! Which means beach days are here again! I’m a total bag enthusiast and now that I live 3 miles from the beach, a perfect beach bag is essential! I currently use one that I bought years ago from Shopbop, but I’m in the market for a new one to get me through this summer. Through my search, I decided to share the ones I’ve found with you! Update: I still haven’t made my decision, but I’m leaning towards the netted trend.

First off, what makes a good beach bag? I recommend a shoulder strap. My current bag does not have one and while I’m carrying my beach chair, it’s nice to have an extra hand as opposed to carrying my tote. Also, you definitely need one that will dust off sand easily and has enough room for your towel, snacks, etc. Finally, of course, it must look cute! There’s clearly a science to all of this.
