Sunset Beach Yoga

09/27/2018

A few weeks ago, myself and a group of bloggers were invited to a yoga class with Melora of Serenity Tree Yoga. I was SO excited, because this wouldn’t be the first time I would meet Melora or take her class! Near the end of 2014, while I was still in college and before I was living in South Carolina, I traveled to Charleston for my sister’s bachelorette party where we took a private class with Melora. The class was relaxing and fun and has always stuck with me. Fast forward to 4 years later, when we met at this event, she remembered me from way back when. This is one of the main reasons I love her business! She cares so much and is very passionate about her career. Not to mention she has a gift and brings such positivity and light to the world!

Any who! While the rain couldn’t stop us, we did have to modify our beach yoga to pier yoga, but it was still perfect. One of my favorite parts of Melora’s class is at the end she brings each and every person a towel soaked in essential oils to lay on their foreheads. It’s a relaxing time to sit and decompress after a long day or to prepare you for the week ahead.

Serenity Tree Yoga offers many different classes including bachelorette, wedding day, and private group yoga. However, the class that is on my list to attend is the sunrise Folly Beach yoga. Who wants to go with me next time?!
