My Rent the Runway Unlimited Review

My Rent the Runway Unlimited Review

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably used or at least heard of Rent the Runway. However, if you’ve been living under a rock… Rent the Runway is a subscription service that adds new designer items daily, including dresses, coats, bags, and jewelry, for you to rent. It’s perfect for wedding guests and when you’re in need of a formal dress that you might not wear again. While I’ve used Rent the Runway in the past, I hadn’t heard of their Unlimited membership until recently. The membership allows you to rent 4 items at a time, as many times as you’d like for only $159 a month. For someone like me who goes to many events and is constantly creating new content with new looks, this is a dream! Which is why I jumped at the chance to work with Rent the Runway and try it out for a few months.

My favorite part of Unlimited is that I was more compelled to try styles that I normally wouldn’t try since the number of items you can receive in a month is, well, unlimited. Take this dress by Nicholas for example. I normally stay away from wrap dresses because I hate the way they hug my stomach. But in a spur of the moment decision, I rented it because why not! And to my surprise, I fell in love! The gorgeous floral print and flattering shape won me over. I also rented this little faux fur coat that I had originally planned to wear with another dress but loved how the mixed patterns worked together here.

If you attend many events or have quite a few weddings in the works, I definitely recommend Rent the Runway’s Unlimited membership! It’s super convenient and also allows you to try things you may not normally want to fully purchase. Check out a few other looks I’ve rented (here, here, and here) with many more to come! Read all about Rent the Runway’s Unlimited membership and sign up here!

I LOVE that jacket! It’s so adorable. I also love how you mixed all the prints/colors together – it works perfectly. I’ve heard so many things about the monthly subscription, and really think I need to try once our weather gets a bit warmer in Chicago!

I think this company is especially excellent if you attend a number of events or large gatherings on a regular basis. I’m such a homebody that the only time I think to rent something – it’s too late to get it in time haha! But it sure sounds like a cool subscription!

I love RTR unlimited! Most people know them for special occasion, but I always use them for things like fashion week, vacation or specific shoots. I think they would be a great option for career dressing as well!

If I had an office job or attended more events, this would definitely be on my wishlist of subscriptions to sign up for. It sounds so convenient and helpful! But alas – I pretty much live in leggings and t-shirts since I work from home and don’t have much of a social life. Maybe one day!
