Here’s a little May recap! Sharing what I did, new restaurants I tried, and a few favorites here and there.
HIGHLIGHTS
I saw Iliza Shlesinger with my two friends Emily and Abby! I have been following Iliza’s career for a while now so I was counting down the days until I got to see her show and boy she did not disappoint! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed harder!
WHAT I BOUGHT
While I love finding fancy twirl-worthy dresses, I have a lot of trouble finding casual outfits. These two tank top dresses from H&M have been game changers for my wardrobe. They are so easy to throw on with sneakers or sandals.
WHAT I WATCHED
Game of Thrones: Y’all. I. Have. No. Words. I’m still in mourning after watching all 8 seasons in one week (yep, I’m crazy). I was so sad the show ended I instantly restarted the series all over again. I know a lot of people were upset with how the last season played out, but I’m indifferent… Would love to chat about it! Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile: I had high hopes for this and while it was good, I felt kind of let down after watching it. However, I did like how they also told the story from Liz, Ted Bundy’s significant other’s, point of view.

Prohibition: I had only been to Prohibition for drinks and was so shocked at how amazing their food was! I really want to go back again soon!

I can’t believe you watched all 8 seasons in one week haha! We are still on season 4 and do a few episodes a week haha! I have been hiding from all the spoilers!

I think I was disappointed with the last season of the show because we had to wait 2 years!!! from the last season and they talked up how epic it was going to be and in my opinion the plot lines were rushed. I think if I re-watched all in order at a faster pace, I might not be as bitter haha .. #endofGOTrant

I have been feeling all the feels since GoT ended. I agree about feeling indifferent about the ending – we all knew it wouldn’t satisfy everyone, but I now feel I have nothing to look forward to on TV anymore.

I´m also still mourning after GOT´s last season lol I´ve also watched all 8 of them in the past months to refresh it all before the last season and I´m one of those people upset with how it ended lol John Snow should be the king!
