July Recap
Here’s a little July recap! Sharing what I did, where I went, and a few favorites here and there.
HIGHLIGHTS
A few years ago when my mom and I evacuated for Hurricane Irma, we stayed at a small bed and breakfast right outside of Asheville and met a couple from the UK. We became fast friends and have kept up with each other throughout the years. They came and visited us here in Charleston and we had such a great time catching up!
WHERE I WENT

Stranger Things: It’s been a month and I’m not even sure I’m ready to talk about it y’all. Best season ever!!! I am a huge Stranger Things nerd so the first couple of days of July were dedicated to watching season 3. I’ve watched it twice through now and it just gets better and better!! 11/10 (pun intended) would recommend!

EXPLORING CHARLESTON
El Jefe: I love me some Mexican food so I was really excited to try out El Jefe for the first time! Their food was soooo good and the staff was amazingly accommodating! Not to mention, their King Street location is perfect!

Sounds like July was such a fun month! I loved Stranger Things as well, I liked that this season definitely had more comedy. I think that is amazing you’ve kept in touch with a couple you met, that’s wonderful they got to visit!
