If you’ve been following along, I’m sure you may have noticed I pretty much strictly only wear dresses, especially during the summer! It’s what I’m most comfortable in and the only thing that gets me through the awful Charleston humidity. Therefore, I’m a huge fan of Julia Engel’s entire Gal Meets Glam collection as it is a dress lover’s dream! You can see me in Gal Meets Glam here, here, here, and here (just to name a few!). These dresses have been solid purchases time and time again which has kept me coming back for more. The two pictured here were the perfect new additions to my summer wardrobe. Of course, I was instantly drawn to the pretty floral designs and colors on both of these, but it wasn’t until I put them on that I fell in love. Both are so lightweight which is so important living in Charleston! I didn’t feel like I was drowning in fabric like I sometimes feel in maxi dresses. Each is also incredibly well made – something my background in fashion has trained me to always keep an eye out for!
The latest collection of dresses continues to feature beautiful feminine prints and silhouettes plus a few skirt + top sets! I’m thinking this one will be my next purchase! Regardless, you’ll definitely be seeing me in more Gal Meets Glam before the summer ends!
