I started my blog last May when I moved to New York as a little hobby to keep myself busy as I searched for my post grad big girl job. I never thought it would lead to meeting some amazing new friends and creating a little blogging community! Therefore, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite bloggers – some I knew before hillheady and some I’ve met throughout this new journey!
Audra and I met a few months ago at my first New York blogging event and have become fast friends! She actually inspired me to write this post and feature some of my faves! I love Audra’s sleek and chic style and of course, love having another sassy southerner in the big apple!
I also met Tatum at my first blogging event and have truly loved getting to know her these past couple of months! Tatum has a romantic style that everyone will love and also blogs about health and fitness, recipes, and beauty. A real all around lifestyle blogger right here! P.S. How amazing is this top?!
Wesley and I met each other way back when! (Well 2 years ago, but that feels like ages ago) Before we were bloggers and University of Alabama alumni, we were two students in a film photography class. We soon became friends and I’ve loved seeing Wesley’s blog truly explode! She has a great eye for fashion and is amazing behind the camera, as well!
There’s nothing better than meeting someone for the first time over an amazing brunch. Katherine and I have already started our friendship off on the right foot! I love Katherine’s fun and flirty style and I mean come on, how perfect is her blog name?! Can’t wait to see more from this one!
Ashley is one of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met! Not to mention, her blog is fabulous and I am so envious of her beautiful home!! If you’re living in the south, definitely follow her! She posts about local hotspots and boutiques in Birmingham and of course, some killer outfits!
These girls are all working girl bosses and/or students, so show them some love!! It’s not an easy balancing act, but they are killing it and will only continue to blossom in the blogging world!
