December 2020 Recap

Here’s a little December recap! Sharing what I bought, what I watched, and a few favorites here and there.

HIGHLIGHTS

• We celebrated Christmas, of course! My immediate family was able to safely gather and we ate dinner, opened presents, and played a few card games.
• I had a staycation at one of my favorite Charleston hotels, Hotel Bennett! Check out my full recap here.
• Alabama made it to the college football playoffs! And hopefully, we’ll make it to the national championship… (I am writing this a few days prior to the playoff game so hopefully this aged well!)
• One of my best friends from New York came to visit! We grabbed lunch at one of my favorite spots in Charleston, The Harbinger, and caught up all afternoon.

WHAT I BOUGHT

There were some good sales in December am I right? And yes, of course, I took advantage of them. The new item I am most excited about, however, wasn’t necessarily something I purchased for myself but a Christmas gift! My parents gave me this super cute pink Keurig and I can’t wait to use it!

WHAT I WATCHED

Soul: This feel-good movie is a must-watch on Disney+ and one the whole family will love!

Virgin River: 10/10 would not recommend. Let’s just say this was definitely not something we were dying to watch but we’re completely out of tv shows and movies! It’s not outrageously terrible, but nothing award-worthy either.

Tiny Pretty Things: Ok where are my Pretty Little Liars fans at?! This one is definitely one you’ll love! I was kind of obsessed with this show for a couple of days just waiting to see what would happen next!
