A few weeks ago, I fell head over heels in love with this little city, Havana, Cuba. You truly feel like you have taken a step back in time as you walk down the cobble stone streets surrounded by beautiful, colorful buildings. Bright, vintage cars drive through the streets filled with salsa and live music along miles of gorgeous coastline. And of course, one of the best parts, was meeting all of the people. Their spirit is contagious – they are genuine, caring, and so thankful for what they have. This has definitely been one of my favorite vacations to date!
If you are considering visiting Cuba, make sure to do your research before you leave! They live an incredibly different lifestyle in Cuba, so there is a lot to know before you embark on your journey (for example, you cannot use your credit cards, take out cash, etc.). It is such a beautiful country and you must go now while you still can!
