Why I Had to Get out of My Toxic Job
For those of you who are new to my blog, I graduated from the University of Alabama in 2016 and immediately moved to New York to pursue a career in the fashion industry. I was young, excited, and driven. I landed a corporate job with one of the top retailers in the country and was ecstatic. I started my new role and was quickly moved to a more demanding position. I love receiving mail, so therefore I love to send mail too! I get this from my mom. She always remembers everyone’s birthdays and anniversary’s and without fail sends a card to celebrate. It’s the best way to show someone you care and put a smile on their face!

For those of you who follow my blog, but are not bloggers, I’ll be real with you… blogging is not a cakewalk. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows as it seems (however, can we talk about how awesome this floor is?! Definitely all sunshine and rainbows here!), it’s a large investment full of many emails and as my friend Laura of Louella Reese put it, a constant “comparison game”.
