Color Crush: 15 Light Pink Pieces You Need in Your Closet
I’ve been waiting for this one y’all! My color crush series has finally made it to my absolute favorite shade: pink! The color pink has always been a personal favorite of mine, from fuchsia to magenta and rose to bubble gum. But today we’re talking about the light pinks of the color wheel. Light pink looks great on everyone, and it’s no longer just for spring. This soft hue does not wash out lighter skin tones or contrast too harshly on darker skin tones, making it the perfect color for any and every season. However, pink is really stereotypically a spring + summer color, which is why I’m finally featuring it to show how there are some great pieces for transitioning from the warmer months to the cooler months.
If you’re someone who is not big on color, light pink is still perfect for you. Honestly, to me, it is a nutural because it can be combined with almost every color. Normally I wouldv’e paired this look featured below with simple white shoes but decided to spur of the moment go with the edgier black combat boots. Black and light pink, two colors on completely separate ends of the spectrum and still make sense! There are endless ways to work light pink into the mix and this color isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
