HILLOWEEN: Ms. Frizzle Costume

My second to last Hilloween costume is here and it’s Ms. Frizzle from The Magic School Bus! This one was probably the most fun to shoot out of the bunch! Who else was a huge Magic School Bus fan?! I have to admit, I was a little too young when this was first airing, but that didn’t stop me from watching all of the reruns when I was growing up!

When I was searching low and high on Pinterest for costume ideas, I saw someone with this costume and thought it was genius! Then I saw this dress on Etsy and knew it was meant to be. I added these little stars to my shoes made out of gold glitter paper in true Ms. Frizzle fashion! I also went to the local library and rented a book in every color for this cute rainbow stack! My photographer, Kim, and I went over to a local high school to snap some pics because obviously, this wouldn’t be a Ms. Frizzle costume without a real Magic School Bus! The only thing that’s missing here is Ms. Frizzle’s friend, Liz! If I were to do the costume again, I’d purchase this or have one of my friends dress up in this!

    This truly made my day. Ms. Frizzle was my hero growing up. I absolutely adored the Magic School Bus, and my nephews even watched it as well – so I kinda got to re-watch it as an adult. This is an adorable costume idea!
