Items In My Home I Can’t Live Without
Let’s start off by saying I definitely can live without these items… but I don’t want to! This post is dedicated to all of the things in my home that make life just a little easier. My recent motto has been “work smarter, not harder” and I love finding things that help me do just that. I’m also a strong believer that your home won’t feel like a home until you have your routine. These below items are part of my day to day lifestyle and while they are minuscule, they contribute to keeping my routine in check.
Google Home
I use my Google Home almost every day. One is in my room and another is in the kitchen so I can always play music or ask it questions whenever I need to.
Wifi Plugs
These have been such an amazing addition to my new apartment! There are so many plugs that are hard to reach and now I can turn on all of my lamps right from my phone.
Roku
The Roku is probably my favorite item in my apartment by far. I’m always telling everyone that they need one because it’s so easy to watch anything and everything. It’s basically an iPhone for your tv and has all the “apps” you need for streaming.
Mini Steamer
I used to always go through all the trouble of using an iron and with this steamer, it’s so easy to get all of my wrinkles out! Plus it’s the perfect size for traveling.
Velvet Hangers
These are lifesavers y’all. Nothing is worse than when clothes are all over the place and falling off the hanger, so before I went to college, I made the transition to all velvet hangers. It was a bit of an investment, but totally worth it.
Dual Phone Charger
As someone with two phones (a work phone and a personal phone), it’s important that both are charged at all times. And of course, they always seem to die at the same time. This phone charger has totally saved my life and
UMMM I want those wifi plugs!! I think I have all the rest of these too haha! Such great finds!

I’ve been dying for a Google home. I hear the best things about it!
I have a Google Home too and I love it. I had a mini as well but I gave it to my dad and he uses it constantly. I don’t have a Roku, but I have a Chromecast which is equally beneficial and I utilize it constantly. I had no idea about wifi plugs. Like – gimme!!! This is a great list of products!

I also have a mini steamer and 2 Rokus and I love them all. Might consider getting a Google Home. I just got a smart fridge and I can’t get enough of it!

Wifi plugs are such a game changer! I also can’t live without my mini steamer. I don’t even remember the last time I actually ironed something.

Velvet hangers have been my saving grace in all my closets. Once I got them, I had to upgrade them all! xoox, Sarah
