Here’s a little March recap! Sharing what I did, where I went, and a few favorites here and there.
HIGHLIGHTS
Charleston Wine and Food: I attended Charleston Wine and Food for the first time earlier this month! I’m not a huge drinker, so I was surprised at how much fun I had! I’m already looking forward to next year and encourage you all to attend!
Charleston Fashion Week: This year, Charleston Fashion Week is a little different. Instead of the full week of runways shows, they are hosting 3 events throughout the year with unique fashion experiences and local brands. We had a great time browsing around the different pop-ups and viewing new collections from the featured designers!
WHERE I WENT
Beaufort, South Carolina: I had no idea Beaufort was such a charming town! How nice that it’s just a short drive from Charleston! Read more on our day trip here!
WHAT I BOUGHT
Well, the apartment decorating continues! This month I finally took the plunge and bought some of the bigger pieces I needed like a coffee table, tv stand, and bar stools.
WHAT I WATCHED
Jane the Virgin: After finishing Young & Hungry, I was looking for my next nightly show. I had heard about Jane the Virgin in the past, so spur of the moment decided on it! I’m still on season one and it’s been so cute!! It’s perfect to watch in the background while I’m working.
The OA: Well I binged this one in a matter of 24 hours. My whole family became obsessed with The OA when it first came out and we were excited to see that season two came out this past week. I was totally hooked and couldn’t stop watching. Even better, Zendaya was in this season who I love!!
The Act: This show is insane y’all. I got my parents hooked on this, as well and we cannot get over it!! It’s the twisted story of Dee Dee and Gypsy Rose Blanchard. Put it on your list and start watching stat!
WHAT I’M LISTENING TO
I recently took a poll on my Instagram stories and you all said you’d like to hear more about what I am listening to! So introducing the new addition to my monthly recaps!
See more of what I’m listening to by following me on Spotify.
EXPLORING CHARLESTON
Gnome Cafe: One of my favorite restaurants that I always forget about is Gnome Cafe. It’s completely vegan which is my heaven!! It’s so nice to be able to eat anything on the menu (if you don’t know, I’m a vegetarian).
