A couple of weekends ago, my friend, Mimi, and I went to visit our friends Marcus and Victoria, of PrepFordWife. They live right outside of Raleigh in the cute little town of Cary. One of the days, we drove into Raleigh to explore the state’s capital. Keep reading to see what we did and what I recommend!
- Grab a coffee at The Morning Times
- Check out Raleigh’s best murals: I was so impressed with all of the colorful murals in Raleigh! My favorite one was definitely the bright one outside of the Marbles Kids Museum pictured below. Check out a list of the best ones here.
- Do a little thrifting at the Raleigh Flea Market: I snagged so many great finds here!!
- Pop over to Durham and visit The Zen Succulent: I love a good plant shop! I always end up leaving with something and this one is a beauty! They, of course, have plants, but also gifts and a DIY terrarium bar. How cool?!
- Grab lunch at Morgan Street Food Hall
