While I am a blogger myself, I still follow my favorite bloggers that inspire me daily for content and for shopping! Many of my purchases these days were bought because I was influenced and because a blogger featured the item. Social media is obviously an important factor for businesses, but blogger partnerships are now more important than ever for getting the word out. These recommendations are coming from “real people” who you feel like you can trust. Here are some of my recent purchases caused by a blogger’s influence. I’m also including who influenced me to give credit where credit is due!
Gal Meets Glam dress (pictured): Gal Meets Glam dresses are everywhere right now, so it’s no surprise I was influenced to purchase one! Not only did I love seeing the dress on founder Julia Engel, but I also loved how Madison of Musings by Madison styled hers! I mean how adorable is she in this dress and beret?!
Lele Sadoughi headband (pictured): I had been in love with this headband for a long time, but resisted buying it because of the price tag. However, as soon as I saw Blair Eadie looking amazing as ever in one, I knew I had to have it and purchased it almost instantly. Now I love it so much that I plan on buying a few more in different colors.
Headbands: Speaking of, have you noticed my sudden obsession with headbands? It’s all thanks to Laura of Louella Reese! She published this post a couple of months ago and I realized the headband trend is back and better than ever! I purchased my first headband in a loooooong time (featured here) and now all of my money goes to buying headbands (not actually, but a good portion!).
Conair Fabric Defuzzer: I saw blogger Mackenzie Horan post about this on her stories and while fabric pilling isn’t a huge issue with my clothes, I instantly thought to myself, “I need that!”. It has lived up to the hype and is great to have when needed.
Somme Institute Nourishing Cleanser and Transport Pads: I did not see any bloggers post about this product, however, a brand sent me this as a Christmas gift and it’s amazing for your skin. I’ve since purchased it for my daily routine.
Loeffler Randall Celeste Knot Slide: A while back, travel blogger and photographer Ana Linares posted this photo of her Loeffler Randall shoes and I knew I needed a pair (I oddly enough remember commenting on the photo saying how much I loved them!). I finally took the plunge a couple of weeks ago and bought them!
Have you ever purchased anything because a blogger promoted it? Comment below and tell me about it!

You look so cute! Totally good buy on the headband. I’ve definitely been influenced too, most recently by Karen of KarenBritChick on a t-shirt she had from my favorite movie, “Troop Beverly Hills”. I love it!

It’s kind of crazy how many things we are influenced to buy because of bloggers! I definitely bought my Hunter boots because of how many people I saw wearing them. Such a good buy though!
