For this month’s day trip, we went to the beautiful Savannah, Georgia! We had been looking forward to this trip and planning for it for a while now because we were just so excited. There are so many cute spots to see and I’m already thinking about my next road trip here as we definitely didn’t see everything. Below I’ve listed 5 things you must do during your day trip to get the full Savannah experience. I’m so lucky to live so close to this charming little town and can’t wait to return!
1. Grab brunch at The Collins Quarter: I was so excited to try this place out and they did not disappoint! Definitely order the avocado toast. It’s beautiful and so yummy!
2. Take a stroll through Forsyth Park: I hadn’t gone here during my past visits and I’m so happy we got to go this time. Not only is the park beautiful, but the houses surrounding the park are so gorgeous.
3. Shop and drink coffee at The Paris Market: I could’ve stayed here forever! The Paris Market has the cutest little knick-knacks and home decor. Not to mention, I had one of the best chai lattes I’ve ever had from here.
4. Eat ice cream from Leopold’s: Unfortunately, I still haven’t crossed this off my list as the line has been so long each time I’ve been, but it’s definitely a Savannah favorite!
5. Search through antiques and vintage fashion: The past two times I’ve been to Savannah, I’ve visited some amazing antique shops! My favorite is House of Strut with the most unique vintage fashion and fun atmosphere.

I’ve been chatting about going down to Savannah with my husband. I lived right outside of there for 6 months when I was 19 and loved the area. It’s so beautiful and there’s so much to do. But I know it’s expanded since I lived there, so this is super helpful to read!
I’ve been dying to go to Savannah! I’m definitely saving this for later.
I haven’t been to Savannah since college, need to make plans to return soon!
